As you question victim high school girls, a connection with a mysterious incident that happened 300 years ago comes to light... It received a sequel in 1995 entitled "Hare Nochi Munasawagi", even though their stories are not directly connected. These games share a common theme of being set in a school, with the protagonist serving as the student council president and solving various incidents within the school.
